The hotel is located near north station and you can get easily in every part of the city. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The room facilities didn't meet the price expectation. Also they are asking for a deposit and the city tax is not included in the price.

Great value for money, distance from main attractions is a little far, I’d suggest a taxi/uber. My week in Brussels was for work, and it snowed and was icy under foot, so it was easier to get a Uber. Hotel is great, clean and lovely staff. Breakfast a little over priced. Location is close to Brussels Nord, so easy to get to.

The waiter/bar tender was excellent at his job, so much so that this deserves special mentioning. This also goes for the lady at the reception.
The restaurant's menu was very basic, too much so, and the house wine was a bit acidic, whilst it was the only wine served per glass. One would expect a menu in the restaurant that included something along the lines of 3 courses fish/meat/vegetarian. They only serve burgers, sandwiches and these were too greasy.The trio of tapas was well-prepared though. The room's heating system was too noisy, but shutting it off made the room too cold, whilst there was no extra blanket. the toilet paper rolls in the bathroom were both placed in such a way and on such wobly constructions that one could not avoid knocking them off their holders. There were only paper cups for coffee or tea in the room, that started leaking, and the water cooker could only be connected to a socket that was occupied by the plug for the desk lamp.
